Rickey Pittman will not be responsible for US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEX delays or books delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the buyer, decrease of the quality of the product due to improper handling by the recipient, delays in delivery due to extreme weather conditions (hurricanes, blizzards, earthquakes, tornadoes, etc.), electrical failures, natural disasters, or terrorism.

If the book(s) is damaged while shipped, or lost or stolen, no replacement will be given.If the product is damaged for reasons other than shipping such as torn covers or pages, please CONTACT me immediately at rickeyp@bayou.com. I will direct the bank to issue a refund if the claim is made within 24 hours from the documented time of delivery.
